This soon-to-be classic cocktail was created here at Martha’s Vineyard. Our store mixologist, Will, and liquor manager, Ben, conspired to create this holiday cocktail to honor the 40 years of Martha’s Vineyard in the neighborhood. Note the color which gives a subtle nod to both the Martha’s brand and the festive garlands of the holiday season. Enjoy this artisanal original cocktail surely to become a neighborhood classic.

Recipe

• 2 ounces The Botanist Gin
• 1-1/2 ounces La Miraja ‘La Ribòta’ Ruché Chinato
• 2 dashes Peychaud Bitters
• Garnish with an orange twist and/or cherry

Combine the Gin, La Ribòta, and Peychaud Bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with the lemon peel, Luxar- do cherries, and sprig of rosemary (optional).
