- Canaan Fair Trade Za'atar Palestinian Spice Mixture
- Garlic & herb butter
Instructions
Cook E.A. Brady's dry-aged steak to your preferred doneness (timing will depend on preference and thickness of the cut)
Dust with Curio Spice Co. Bazaar Baharat Seasoning and Canaan Palestinian Spice Mixture
Pan sear and baste to finish with garlic & herb butter
