Fig, Prosciutto & Blue Cheese Pizza

- 1 Martha’s Pizza Dough Ball
- Village Batch Olive Oil
- 1 jar Dalmatia Fig Spread
- ½ Cup Mozzarella
- 4 oz Bleu D’Auvergne
- 3 oz Procuitto
- Pine Nuts
- Malpighi Fig Balsamic
- Optional** Fresh Herbs or Arugula for Garnish
Roll out Martha’s Pizza Dough into either a rectangle or circle and place on oiled baking sheet or Pizza Stone. Spread Dalmatia Fig Jam on dough leaving just a bit of room around the edges for crust to form. Sprinkle half cup mozzarella cheese and crumble Bleu d’Auvergne on top. Tear strips of prosciutto and place over top of pizza. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes or until crust is golden. Once out of oven, garnish with a drizzle of Malphigi Fig Balsamic. Add fresh herbs or a handful of fresh arugula for garnish and a peppery finish.
