Please complete and submit the form below to begin your custom gift basket order. Payment will not be taken at this stage. Once we receive your submission, we will contact you by phone between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday to complete your order.

PLEASE NOTE ALL SUBMISSION MUST BE CONFIRMED BY TELEPHONE DURING WEEKDAY OFFICE HOURS 9am to 4pm. OUR OFFICE MANAGER OR MARTHA'S STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU.

  • What does it include?

    Our $125 baskets offer a standard set of products including Wine (if Beer or non-alcohol beverage is not selected in the form), Salami, Cheese, Crackers, Nuts, Cookies/Confections, Chocolate, and a jam/honey.

  • Can I hand pick what I want inside?

    Included products in our standard basket are pre-selected and cannot be hand-picked.

    We are happy to accept suggestions for products, but cannot guarantee it/they will be included. We can work within dietary restrictions – Vegan & Gluten Free if clearly stated in your form submission.

    For baskets exceeding $150.00, we offer customization such as selecting themes or styles of products.

  • Can you send me a picture once complete?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to take pictures of gift baskets and send them to you. However, sample photos are viewable on our website and social media.

  • Do you deliver? What is your delivery radius, and the cost?

    Yes, we deliver gifts within Grand Rapids for a fee of $35 dollars. If outside of Grand Rapids proper, delivery cost will increase. For example, a delivery to Rockford, Michigan (15 miles) would be $45, and so forth. We do ask for a minimum of 10 days notice on orders over five baskets. Contact phone numbers and permission to leave at door are required when placing an order for delivery.

  • Can I ship a gift?

    Yes, we ship wine boxes and gift baskets and will provide shipping estimates once The form is submitted. Shipping alcohol is restricted to certain states. We will provide tracking numbers, once the labels are created. Once the package leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for the arrival of the package.

  • Can you prepare multiple baskets for Corporate giving?

    Yes, Martha's Gift Baskets are a first gifting choice for many of our Corporate clients. We do ask for a minimum of 10 days notice on orders over five baskets.

  • How do I order a custom Martha's Gift Basket?

    The order process uses the same form as our standard Gift Basket Order form. If customization is desired (starting at $150.00), any details not disclosed in the form submission will be discussed in a follow-up phone conversation.
