Ingredients

• 1 tablet chocolate
• 8 ounces Whole Milk
• (1.7 ounces (50 milliliters) Mezcal, Tequila or Rum, optional)

Instructions

In a sauce pan, heat milk and one tablet chocolate over medium high heat

Whisk with Molinillo or small metal whisk until tablet has dissolved

Continue whisking constantly as milk comes to a boil, this will make it frothy and delicious

Add liquor to heat-proof mug, if using

Pour hot chocolate into mug and serve with favorite garnishes
