Ingredients

• Octopus with white beans
• Romanesco sauce

• Mussels
• Sweet olive tapenade

• Sardines with tomato sauce
• Salted capers

• 1 baguette, sliced into ½” thick slices
• Olive oil

Instructions

Heat a pan or grill pan over medium high heat

Brush olive oil on both sides of baguette slice, and season with salt and pepper

Cook on each side until golden brown, 3-4 minutes total

Store in an airtight container
