Tinned Fish Toasts
Ingredients Available at Martha’s Vineyard
Ingredients
- Octopus with white beans
- Romanesco sauce
- Mussels
- Sweet olive tapenade
- Sardines with tomato sauce
- Salted capers
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½” thick slices
- Olive oil
Instructions
Heat a pan or grill pan over medium high heat
Brush olive oil on both sides of baguette slice, and season with salt and pepper
Cook on each side until golden brown, 3-4 minutes total
Store in an airtight container
