Dark dusty ruby color. Fruity, jammy aromas and flavors of spiced berries and limes, chocolate hazelnuts, and sourdough toast with a satiny, bright, fruity medium body and a polished, appealing, medium-long finish with notes of blueberry cobbler and black cherry and raspberry jam on raisin nut toast with fine, soft tannins and a suggestion of oak flavor. A nice jammy, crowd-friendly Barbera that drinks a bit like a primitivo or zinfandel.
