Founded in 2012 by former NBA all-star Dwyane Wade and Jayson Pahlmeyer. Pahlmeyer, with thirty years of winemaking under his belt, offered endless guidance to Wade, who is certainly driven to learn more. The goal was to produce wine intended to be more accessible and easier to drink. Wade Cellars has separated itself from the crowd as an authentic producer of approachable California wines. Very refreshing, with a fruit forward bouquet and color. In the nose, the black fruits of plum and pie crust come forward in the palate along with blue fruits and spice. Very easy to drink. Only 2000 cases made -Peter Gold medal at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
