"The wine on our cover this year is from northern Spain. Made from the red grape varietal Grenache, it is produced organically at high elevations. It is a wine with a ton of ripe fruit, good acidity, and with an interestingly complex flavor profile that I hope you all will love. It shows wonderful dark color and an explosion of fruit in the glass. It has powerful fruit but is not in the least bit heavy, and it has plenty of alcohol but you could hardly notice it. I love the way it pairs with seafood, which is why I always serve it with my paella. Please stop in and pick up a bottle, I would love to hear your thoughts on it – Enjoy!" -Peter
