Hot Rod Cherry Is our tricked out version of Cherry Wine. It is produced from a blend of tart and sweet black cherries grown on our 150 year old farm. Hot Rod is fermented to a high 13.5% Alc. content but kept fairly sweet with 4.8% residual sugar. The classic cherry pie aromas and flavors mix perfectly with the higher alcohol and crisp tartness in this sweet cherry wine. Hot Rod Cherry is the perfect match to your next barbecue, plate of buffalo wings, or tailgate.
