Morey-Coffinet is run by Michel Morey and his son Thibault who are very much the 'heart' of Chassagne. The wines are vibrant, exciting and modern tasting. Thibault explained that they are made to represent the terroir and to be drunk young, when fresh. They do however have potential to age. This is a domaine to watch.
