Coming from the 2022 vintage, the ‘Blanc de Gris’ comes from high altitude vineyards in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA. On the nose this takes on layers of nutmeg dusted pie crust and Macadamia nut alongside Japanese pear, alongside shades of kumquat rind. The palate is refined and generous with beautiful depth.
