About this product
To make the purest possible expression of Chardonnay, we started by harvesting a touch early to ensure the cleanest fruit possible. Then we de-stemmed, crushed and pressed the juice off to ferment to near dryness in a stainless steel tank. No oak, no malo-lactic fermentation.
