About this product
The 2023 from Finca El Molar has a slight color due to skin contact after the fermentation. This wine is grown organically and produces a nose of pears, wildflowers, and tangerine. In the mouth it's medium-bodied, bright, and dry, with tropical fruits, fennel. I found it to have nice acidity and balance. -Peter
