A highly perfumed bouquet evokes fresh orange, white peach, ginger and white flowers, and mineral and vanilla flourishes gain power as the wine opens up. Lithe and fine-grained but intensely flavored, offering mineral-laced citrus and pit fruit flavors braced by a core of zesty acidity. Finishes with noteworthy lift and cut and repeating mineral and citrus fruit notes. The pH here is a very low 3.14."AG

Citrus and white-fruit aromas are elegant, smooth and suggestive of Burgundy, which makes sense given that this was aged in oak. The right amount of acidity lends lightness and length to the palate, while ripe lime and honeydew flavors are well oaked. A fresh friendly finish is minerally and crystal clean.
