The 2017 Bianco Ciuri wafts up with a sweet display of ripe apples, melon and almond paste contrasted by hints of flint and wet stone. It’s soft in texture, motivated by bright acids and mineral-laced orchard fruits. While distinctly savory, there’s a hint of tropical citrus and florals that lingers through the long, mouthwatering finish. The Ciuri is a blanc de noirs, made with 100% Nerello Mascalese.
