About this product
Laurent puts his old carpenter's instincts to work here—macerating whole clusters in concrete tanks fitted with raised chestnut floors, so juice slowly seeps down to the true concrete below, gently separating from its skins. Amber, cloudy — grilled orange blossom, elderflower, citrus, smoky finish. Bottled in magnum (1500ml), because good things shouldn't end too soon.
