It ages beautifully in our new French oak barrels, in that ancient tradition interplay of time and tannin, to a deep, clear taste between medium and full-bodied that can only be described as classic Cabernet.

Celani Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a carefully considered blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot,– for those first, second and third act sensations that linger on the tongue, and then in the mind and memory. You will not see “reserve” on the label of this wine as we have built this wine for you to enjoy today with your family and friends.
